Where is your clothing made?

All of our clothing is handmade in Portugal in small batches. We work closely with manufacturers to ensure each piece meets our high standards of quality, ethics, and craftsmanship.

Who designs your clothes?

Every design is hand-drawn and digitized by Nicole. We believe in crafting clothing with intention.

How long does shipping take?

• Netherlands: 1–3 business days

• Europe: 3–7 business days

• International: 5–14 business days
  You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is shipped.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, as long as the items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Please note: Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. This helps us stay mindful about returns and avoid unnecessary environmental impact from over-ordering.

Do you offer exchanges?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your order and place a new one.

What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact us immediately at info@evanklijn.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right.
